Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the Stage 1 tutor onboarding and administrator verification build of Tutor Platform. The current product scope is limited to tutor registration, application submission, document review, master-data management, and administrator operations.

Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors must provide accurate profile, qualification, service-area, teaching-preference, availability, and document information. Uploaded files must belong to the tutor or be shared with proper authorization. Tutors are responsible for keeping account credentials private and for correcting application information when an administrator requests changes.

Administrator Review

Authorized administrators may review applications, verify documents, request corrections, approve, reject, suspend, reactivate, or deactivate accounts according to platform verification requirements. Administrative actions may be recorded in review history and status history.

Acceptable Use

Users must not submit false information, upload unsafe or unrelated files, attempt to access another user account, bypass authorization controls, or misuse application data. Access may be restricted when information is incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent with platform requirements.

Stage 1 Scope

Student accounts, bookings, payments, messaging, public tutor discovery, ratings, and lesson management are not part of this Stage 1 build. Any future services may require updated terms.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform moves beyond the development build. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
